Shipping policy

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday - will be prepared for the couriers to pick up that day. If we are overwhelmed with orders, your order will be picked up by our courier on the next working day.

Target delivery for orders within Queenstown are next day delivery. South Island is 1-2 working days and North Island is 2-3 working days to arrive, and an extra 2-3 days if you require a rural delivery. Please note that due to Covid lock downs, changes with alert levels and traffic light systems, and busy holiday periods (Christmas!!) couriers can have a delay due to this. 

Courier pick up and deliveries only take place on weekdays and not on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery addresses must be a street addresses as we can not deliver to PO Boxes.

We ship internationally to Australia through New Zealand Post, this option is available at check out. For other countries please email us at fiona@makekit.co.nz with the items you would like to purchase and we will send you a shipping quote. 

If your order arrives damaged, please report this to us on the day you receive the package and we will fill out a claim form with our courier and send you a new package.

We use Pass the Parcel and Aramex couriers and a tracking information will be sent to you via email when we have fulfilled the order.
